The Battle of Franklin was a late war battle in middle TN. Members of the 19th U.S. traveled down to central Tennessee to participate in this well done event. Pre-dug trenches and earthworks added much to the battle experience.
The Confederate masses stormed the Union entrenchment in wave after wave to no avail. They never successfully breached the well defended Union lines. A very well done event and much enjoyed by our membership.
